Campus Courts Apartments (Shared Housing)

Has an outdoor space shared by multiple properties. There is street parking nearby with paid meters, as well as South Campus Garage right across the street if you have a parking pass for that. The apartment itself will be furnished with a couch, 2... bar stools, coffee table, and an area rug by the complex. The kitchen is complete with a fridge, oven/stove, dishwasher, single basin sink(NO garbage disposal), microwave, and plenty of cabinetry for two people, as well as a small island. The living room area has room for a tv stand(which i have), as well as a midsized tv(i have this as well, but you'd have to provide a Firestick or something). In the hall is a coat closet, as well as a larger closet containing the washer/dryer unit, and shelving + storage space for other laundry room elements. The bathroom has a sink with 2 big drawers, multiple towel hanging areas, and a sliding door shower with shelves built into the walls. There are 2 bedrooms, both carpeted. I'd suggest bringing a twin sized bed rather than a queen for maximizing space. A queen-sized will fit with a desk in there, but the space may be cramped depending on the orientation of the closet.
