I have signed a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom lease with 3 other girls. They have not given us the exact unit or address yet. The owner of the unit will most likely require you to pay an administrative fee of $250 (for background checks and security).... Additionally, there is a $200 delegation fee that I will cover for the sublease. The rent per month is $580, paid on the first of every month. This does not include water or electric bills, which were said to each be between $10-30 per month per person. The entire unit is fully furnished, and the bedroom has the "deluxe" upgrade which features a full XL bed rather than a twin. Additional notes: One girl has an ESA dog who is very sweet and sticks close to her owner. We have already discussed maintaining cleanliness (especially dog hair), and the dog will be kept off furniture. Also, everyone is LGBTQ+ friendly, but they prefer to live with someone who identifies as a female. *If there is anything you're curious about that I have not mentioned, please reach out!
